People v. Confidential 842

The Chicago Police charged Mr. R and two others with murder near 19th and Trumbull. The co-defendants, who had public defenders, pled out to long prison sentences and then agreed to testified against Mr. R. We used our investigator to take statements from all of the witnesses. At trial, we showed that the two co-defendants committed the crime and that Mr. R was innocent. Finding of Not Guilty.
