People v. Confidential 1136

A forest preserve officer was putting a parking ticket on Mr. F’s girLfriend’s car when he started to question Mr. F. The officer claimed that Mr. F did not give his real name. For trial we subpoenaed Mr. F’s now ex-girlfriend who would have testified that Mr. F cooperated with the officers and that it was the officers who were violent and disrespectful. Case was dismissed just prior to trial.
