Obstructing a Peace Officer
NOT GUILTY
Maywood Courthouse
Maywood Police stopped Mr. M for speeding. Mr. M was cooperating with the officer but did not move fast enough. The officers broke Mr. M’s window, pulled him out of the car, and slammed him into the car. The officer’s then claimed that Mr. M was resisting. At trial I showed that the officers lied and were putting a case on Mr. M to cover their own excessive use of force. Finding of Not Guilty.
