Cook County Sheriff’s Police arrested Mr. R after driving across Mannheim to a bar. The deputy sheriff claimed that he failed the field sobriety tests. Mr. R did not blow into the breathalyzer and did not commit any traffic offenses prior to being pulled over. The passenger in the car testified that Mr. R was not drunk. Not Guilty.
