Official Misconduct, Battery, False Police Report
NOT GUILTY
26th & California, Chicago
Prosecutors claimed that Calumet Park Police Officer threw the complainant face first into the pavement and falsified a report as part of an arrest. At trial, I proved that the Officer responded to a report of kids using drugs at a closed business. I called to the stand the mother of one of the state’s witnesses to prove that the complainant was resisting arrest and that’s how he fell. I presented proof that the complainant had filled a law suit against Calumet Park and hoped to collect money. Finding of Not Guilty.
