Mistakenly Identified in a Burglary
Burglary
NOT GUILTY
26 and California Room 207
A woman reported that she saw a person break into her car and then she chased the person but he got away. Then a week later, while working at an election voting location she saw our client and told police that he was the perpetrator. At trial, Attorney Levinsohn called witnesses to the stand to prove that our client was not in the area of the woman’s car at the time of the burglary. The court found our client Not Guilty.
