In Richland County Wisconsin, our client was charged in a criminal complaint / indictment of burning down her ex-husband’s hunting cabin. The police were able to place her at the scene of the fire, and she had motive due to an acrimonious divorce. Our lawyers investigated the cases and were able to establish that the ex-husband had a motive and opportunity to commit the crime. After a five day jury trial, our client was found not guilty.

The Defendants are brother and were accused of stabbing the complaining witness multiple times with a knife. This was a case of self-defense. We located witnesses and subpoenaed them to court. After a three day trial, there was a finding of not guilty.
