Mr. E’s ex-girlfriend accused him of climbing into her car while she was driving and then rapping her. She claimed that this started at the corner of Chicago and Homan. Firm Case Number: 2011-26-840
Official Misconduct, Battery, False Police Report
NOT GUILTY

Prosecutors claimed that Calumet Park Police Officer threw the complainant face first into the pavement and falsified a report as part of an arrest. At trial, I proved that the Officer responded to a report of kids using drugs at a closed business. I called to the stand the mother of one of the state’s witnesses to prove that the complainant was resisting arrest and that’s how he fell. I presented proof that the complainant had filled a law suit against Calumet Park and hoped to collect money. Finding of Not Guilty.
