Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon
NOT GUILTY
26th & California, Chicago
Chicago Police arrested Mr. C near Sacramento and 65th Street for having a 9mm Kel-Tec semi-automatic. At trial we proved that Mr. C had a FOID card, had registered the gun with the City of Chicago, and was standing in front of his apartment building. Furthermore, Attorney Levinsohn showed that Mr. Collins had the gun to defend his fiancée who had just been attacked and they were waiting for the police. Finding of Not Guilty.
