People v. Confidential 948

Our client’s wife claimed that he came over to her house, got into an argument with her, and then choked her. At trial we used the photograph of the wife taken by the police to show that there were no marks on her neck from choking. We obtained the 911 tape to show that she did not tell the police that he choked her. We had the responding Park Ridge Police Officer testify that our client, his wife and her brother were outside of the house when he arrived and there was no mention of choking. Finding of Not Guilty.
