Mr. H’s wife accused him of hitting her with a closed fist about her face. We interview the children who witnessed the argument and contradicted the wife’s accusation. At trial Attorney Levinsohn showed that Ms. H lied to the police about what happened. We also showed that the wife’s injury was not consistent with her version of the events.NOT GUILTY
