People v. Confidential 730

The police claimed that our client, Mr. D, was selling drugs from his house. They found drugs on the top shelf of a closet and a scale used to weigh drugs and drug packaging. When they searched the home there were at least 5 adults in the apartment. At trial we proved that the drugs were not his. We also proved that the scale could not be used to weigh drugs because it had no batteries and was being used as a cigarette ashtray. The judge found our client Not Guilty.
