Mr. C’s wife told the police that her husband came to her home, choked her with both hands on her neck, threw her on the sofa, and threatened to kill her. At trial I proved that the wife waited a day to go to the police and that there was no injury visible to the reporting officer. At trial the wife tried to exaggerate her injury. I called the reporting officer to prove that she was lying. Not Guilty.
