Mr. B was an armed security guard who was allowed to have his weapon on him during the hour traveling to work and an hour after work. He was arrested for having his pistol in his waistband outside of that time period. After discussions with the prosecutor’s office and verification of Mr. B’s employment and military record the case was dismissed.
