People v. Confidential 719

Chicago Police obtained a search warrant for Mr. H and his father’s apartment. During the search, packages methamphetamine and cannabis were found. At trial, I showed that the drugs found were not Mr. H’s. Through pictures taken of the apartment and the testimony of Mr. H’s brother, we showed that the drugs actually belonged to his father who was also operating a illegal candy store from the apartment. Not Guilty.
