Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver
DISMISSED
Chicago Police officers were on surveillance at a McDonalds near 69th and Lafayette when they claimed to have seen Mr. H throw a bag into another car. The officers then blocked Mr. H’s car and arrested. They never stopped the other car but during the search of Mr. H’s car they found cannabis. At a motion to suppress I proved that that they did not have probable cause to arrest Mr. H. Motion granted. Case dismissed.
