Police Messed Up Drug Investigation 851

Chicago Police officers claimed that they saw Mr. D make two hand to hand drug transactions within 1000 feet of Crown Elementary School. At trial I subpoenaed three neighbors who were outside and saw Mr. D just before he was arrested. They testified that Mr. D had not sold drugs and that there was another person on the block who was similarly dressed. The police had to admitted that they let that other person go before the investigation was finished. I showed the court that the police lied and then messed up the investigation. Finding of Not Guilty.
