Chicago Police Officers executed a search warrant and found Mr. A in the same apartment with 16 bags of cocaine, two digital scales, and an unopened child support letter from the year before. At trial, we showed that Mr. A was over at his mother’s home visiting. His aunt, brother, and sister testified that he move out and was living with his girlfriend. Attorney Levinsohn showed that Mr. A did not have keys to the apartment, that none of his clothing was found in the apartment, and the year old mail to Mr. A was unopened. Finding of NOT GUILTY.
