People v. Confidential 714

Chicago Police Officers were on routine patrol in an area known for high gang and narcotic activity. While in the area they saw Mr. T look at them and walk quickly away. The officers chased Mr. T and searched him. During the search, officers found 75 bags of cannabis weighing over 36 grams. During a motion to suppress, I proved that the search was a violation of Mr. T’s Constitutional Rights. The judge agreed — Case Dismissed.
