The Chicago Police claimed that Mr. S did not stop at a stop sign and pulled him over. The officer then claimed that Mr. S did not have a driver’s license even though Mr. S handed the officer the ticket he was driving on. When the officer arrested Mr. S, he searched the car and found a .357 magnum revolver. At a motion to suppress, I proved that the officer did not have a right to search the car and evidence was suppressed case dismissed for lack of evidence..
