Our client’s 12 year old niece accused him of grabbing her and holding her while her mother hit her for using her phone to send sex messages. I showed that the witness lied and that Mr. B was not even in the room when the mother was disciplining her daughter. The judge agreed that our client was not guilty and threw out the case NOT GUILTY.
