People v. Confidential 915

Cicero police went to a motel on Ogden to investigate drug sales at that location. They found a man in front of the motel who was in the process of setting up a drug deal. The drug dealer gave the officers permission to search his room. When the officers barged in to the room they found Ms. H in the room and heroin in the dealer’s suitcase. At trial, I showed that Ms. H did not have knowledge and control of the drugs and she was found not guilty. Finding of Not Guilty.
