DISMISSED
Possession of a Controlled Substance
DISMISSED
Chicago Police officers saw Mr. T get out a cab with a suitcase near 38th and King Drive. They claimed that he looked in their direction and quickly walked away from the officers. The officers chased Mr. T, stopped him, and tried to pat him down. In the process they tackled Mr. T and searched his pocket and found a bad of heroin. At a motion to suppress, I proved that the officer’s had no right to stop Mr. T and try to search him. Motion granted. Case dismissed.
