Chicago Police executed a search warrant at an apartment located at 6837 S. Perry. Officer Higgins decided to search a different apartment at that location were he found drugs. At a motion to suppress evidence, we proved to the judge that the search was illegal and not allowed as a protective sweep. The state was not allowed to use the drugs found and the case was DISMISSED
