Cicero Police Officers Sandoval and Cervantes were on routine patrol in the 6000 block of Cermak Road when they saw my client driving without headlights on. The officers pulled my client over and found that he did not have license and insurance. During a search of the car they found bags full of cocaine. At trial I proved that the car was titled to a someone other than my client and that my client was just borrowing the car that night. The judge agreed that my client did not know about the drugs in the car.
