People v. Confidential 652

Orland Hills Police arrested Mr. F for possession of stolen goods. The officer claimed that she spoke to witnesses who claimed to have seen Mr. F with several people holding bags of stolen property. At the preliminary hearing our attorney showed that Mr. F did not have any of the stolen property and that there was no evidence to even charge Mr. F. The judge agreed and the case was dismissed.
