Chicago Police Officers Flores and Crot pulled our client over for traffic offenses in the area of 7700 s Paulina.  They said he had been moving around in the car so they took him out of the vehicle and conducted a search. In the car they found a gun and charged him with a UUW. At a motion to suppress I showed the judge the body camera and proved that the police had no right to pull my client out of the car and start searching. The judge agreed and suppress the gun.

Case Dismissed.
