People v. Confidential 1101

Oak Park Police officers stopped Mr. A as he was coming out of the bathroom at a gas station on Harrison Street. The officers claimed that they saw drug paraphernalia in his pocket. He was then brought over to his car, which was searched. At a hearing, I proved that the heroin found in the car was the result of an illegal search and therefore could not be used against him. The case had to be dismissed.
