Fake Nike Air Jordan Case 900

Chicago Police Officers raided a convenience store on 95th Street and found counterfeit Nike Air Jordan shoes for sale. At trial I proved that Mr. M was not the owner or manager of the store. At trial I also showed that Mr. M did not know that the shoes were fake. In fact the police officers had to rely on a special investigator from Nike to open up the boxes and examine the shoes to determine that they were fake. Finding of Not Guilty.
