People v. Confidential 721

DEA agents saw that Mr. C paid cash for a last minute Amtrak ticket. They identified him as a possible drug smuggler. They approached Mr. C and questioned him in Union Station. Without consent, the agents opened and searched Mr. C’s luggage. I filed a motion to suppress evidence and the State’s Attorney’s Office agreed to drop the charges. Case dismissed.
