People v. Confidential 1110

Mr. M was accused of steeling a car from a used car lot. The police found the stolen car parked in front of Mr. M’s apartment building with plates registered to Mr. M. During the defense we proved that Mr. M’s plates were stolen off his vehicle. Attorney Levinsohn used the security video from the car lot and cross examination of the car lot owner to show that someone else had stolen the car and put Mr. M’s plates on the car without his knowledge.  Finding of NOT GUILTY.
