People v. Confidential 945

Mr. T was arrested in the area of 71st and Throop when the police followed him through a house to the backyard. They claimed to have found him dropping a gram of cannabis to the ground.  They then searched the housed and said they found 84 grams of cannabis inside.  At trial, we showed that the officers lied when they claimed to have seen Mr. T dropping a bag of cannabis. Attorney Levinsohn also showed the court that there was no connection between Mr. T and cannabis allegedly found in the house.  Finding of Not Guilty.
