False Claim of Choking & Slapping 222

Mr. T’s wife accused him of hitting her with a broom. At trial she made new allegations that he choked her, slapped her, pushed up against a door, pulled her hair and kicked her. I subpoenaed the police officer who took the initial report and one of Mr. T’s children who saw everything. I put the police officer on the stand to prove that the wife had lied on the stand. The judge found Mr. T not guilty before I had to put his daughter on the stand.
