Unlawful Use of Weapon
CASE DISMISSED
26th & California, Chicago
The Chicago Police claimed to have seen Mr. N in the area 63rd and Albany while holding his right side jacket pocket with his hand. The officers approached Mr. N and detained him. During the detention they found a .32 Smith & Wesson revolver with 6 live rounds. At a motion to suppress evidence, I proved to the judge that the officers did not have probable cause to detain Mr. N. The judge ruled in my favor. Case Dismissed.
