DISMISSED

Chicago Police claimed that Mr. D did not use his turn signal and pulled him over. Instead of writing him a ticket they pulled him out of the car and searched him. The police claimed that he made secretive movements after being pulled over. During the search they found a gun. At a motion to suppress evidence we proved to the judge that the search was illegal. The gun was thrown out and the case was dismissed.
