Chicago Police had a search warrant for Mr. C’s home near 121st and Bishop. During the search they found a .25 caliber semi-automatic, digital scale, plastic baggies, hydrocodone, and cannabis. At trial I showed the court that the target of the search warrant was Mr. C’s brother-in-law who was visiting from out of town. By the end of the case it was clear that Mr. C did not know that his brother-in-law had the guns and drugs hidden in his home. Not Guilty.
