DISMISSED

Mr. M was accused of selling heroin in the area of 79th and Central Park. The Chicago Police claimed that Mr. Moore pulled up to a grey SUV in the area and conducted a hand to hand transaction. He was pulled over and the police found 15 foil packs of heroin. At a hearing on a motion to suppress, Attorney Levinsohn proved that the police did not have probable cause to stop Mr. M’s car based on their observations and the case was thrown out.
